Investigating those who make false accusations in cases of gender based violence and child sexual abuse remains an unresolved obligation within the justice system. This omission distances the judiciary from its international commitments, particularly those outlined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Without holding accountable those responsible for the growing epidemic of false allegations—which tear apart families and sever crucial bonds—it is impossible to uphold a true rule of law. Justice begins with facts—not fabrications.
